4k uhd the new mutants

    Disc have reading issues. Read as unknown disc until I open and closed disc tray 4x and finally read as BDMV. I'm on version 844-usa01. Worked perfectly the 1st time when I popped the disc into my xbox and ps5

    @Marco Reyes have you tried resetting the player? Is it all discs or just one?

    Check the disc to insure it's without blemish or fingerprint.

    I have also had this same problem with discs in the 6 months I owned the 800. Probably around 5 times it has happened and the discs were spotless everytime. The Panasonic 9000 was able to boot them up right away.

    @Magnetar Concierge it's just the 4k uhd and the disc is spotless. Boots up immediately on my other consoles.
