SACD playback

  Has anyone had this experience:
  SACDs played back at much lower levels than standard redbook CDs when coming out of the analog RCAs?  This does not happen when using HDMI...
  
  This wasn't happening before, but now it happens every time.
  
  In fact, it begins at normal volume for a milisecond, and then drops off immediately.
