ALL REGION BLU-RAY DISC Playback

Hello,
I just wanted to share some observations regarding playing "All Region Blu-Ray Discs" on my
Magnetar UDP900; firmware ver1016.I noticed more often than not, it will need several tries to play the discs.
The disc will start to "load" and then after a while will either just not do
anything until the player says "STOP". Or the player will start "loading" get to the
TOP menu then "STOP". Or even sometimes, the player will say "UNKNOWN DISC".
Hitting Play again after it stops does not help when it seems stuck in which case ejecting
the disc might work on first try or sometimes require more than ejecting once,
going thru the same routine, before it will finally play.Here is a list of the "ALL" region Blu-Ray discs I have seen this on:
1. Adele Live at Royal Albert Hall
2. Air Supply Live in Hongkong
3. Elton 60 Live at Madison Square Garden
4. A John Williams Celebration
5. Pearl HatborHope this information helps in any way to understand the issue which can be annoying.
