We often get inquiries regarding the region free playback capability of our players. Our players are not and cannot be sold region free. This is a modification that is performed by third parties after purchase by the end customer.
If you are in the US and are looking for a service provider, you can contact Proline Home Cinema at http://www.prolinehomecinema.com and inquire about servicing your player after purchase. We hear from customers telling us they have successfully had their player serviced in this way with no issue.

Is there any way to make programmable buttons such as the color bottom row buttons select the region code instead of having to manually put it in after the unlock?
My multi-region Sony is one color button press when powered up with no disc, very easy.
