We often get inquiries regarding the region free/iso playback capability of our players. Our players are not and cannot be sold region free. This is a modification that is performed by third parties after purchase by the end customer.
If you are looking for a service provider, we recommend visiting online AV forums (AVS, etc) as you can often find service providers in the Magnetar owner threads.
Region free playback modification does not void your product warranty.

Is there any way to make programmable buttons such as the color bottom row buttons select the region code instead of having to manually put it in after the unlock?
My multi-region Sony is one color button press when powered up with no disc, very easy.
Just wondering......

@Old School Great to hear! We've heard from customers they are great to work with and we're glad to see more customers say good things about service providers who do good third party work on our players.
Can also vouch for Pro Line - very easy, very quick. Wish I didn't need to reach out to them to provide me the updated firmware files each time, but that's a minor inconvenience I guess.
@Ben S a firmware modification to region free would not cause the player to require a USB update only. Our servers do not look for that status. It merely does a version check.
@Magnetar Concierge so I can just update as normal once I do their modification to region free? They told me to reach out to them for any future firmware versions, so I figured that was required
