Ability to set HDMI outputs separately on UDP800 MKII

  Right now HDMI output setup sets both HDMI #1 and #2 together, and if HDMI#2(audio only) is connected there is no audio from HDMI#1(main).

  It would be beneficial to be able to set HDMI#1 to send both audio and video for movies, and then use HDMI#2 for audio only to send music files from a connected USB drive or from a connected ROON server. BTW, thanks for getting the ROON authorization.
