ORDER PROCESSING TIME BEFORE SHIPMENT
Orders placed for in-stock products are typically processed and verified within 2-3 business days, unless flagged for further review and verification. We use UPS / FedEx /USPS to ship all orders. All products should be inspected upon arrival as damage claims must be made within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Photographs may be required. Signature service is mandatory on all orders. ANY SHIPMENT NOT CLAIMED AFTER 3 DELIVERY ATTEMPTS FROM THE CARRIER WILL BE RETURNED TO US AND RE-SHIPMENT WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER.
FORWARDING SERVICES/PO BOXES NOT ALLOWED
Magnetar does not ship products to any address which provides forwarding services or is a PO Box. Orders where the shipping address is associated with a forwarding service, business which provides that service, or is a PO BOX will not be accepted. Circumventing this policy will result in a product void of warranty, support and return eligibility.
NO EXPORT
Magnetar products cannot be purchased for export to another country. Any product purchased for export will be void of warranty. Products purchased for export are ineligible for warranty, support or returns. Purchasing through sites such as http://www.encargomio.com , http://woosh.com, http://www.myus.com and similar sites will invalidate warranty, support, and return eligibility.
TITLE TO GOODS
Purchases of product through magnetarusa.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Magnetar Audio is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery. Any claim of goods received as damaged must be made within the 3 business days of delivery. Any claims of shipment damage after the the inspection window will not be honored.
TRANSIT TIME
Ground Shipping
Ground for domestic US shipping can take up to 3-5 business days once shipped depending on your location, weather conditions and other variables. Most standard shipments are delivered in three to five business days from the shipping date, however it can be longer based on carrier logistics. You can track your order in your Magnetar Audio user account after shipping. Magnetar is not responsible for carrier incurred delays in transit. Non-Contigious US territory shipments (i.e. Puerto Rico) can take up to 14 business days.
Express shipping
Express shipping can be requested for orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Express shipments are delivered based on the class of service selected by the customer and must be made by arrangement prior to purchase.
