Buyer Returns
Return Eligibility Requirements
Magnetar provides a 14-day return period for products that meet the eligibility criteria below.
A return must be based on an eligible reason defined in this policy.
Defect-Related Returns
All defect claims require diagnostic verification by Magnetar or an authorized service center.
Units that test as fully functional, within specification, or exhibiting no fault (“no fault found”) do not qualify for defect claim return.
All return requests require an RSA(Return Shipping Authorization), issued only after preliminary troubleshooting with a Magnetar technician.
RSA issuance allows shipment for evaluation but does not guarantee acceptance of a return.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued only upon acceptance after inspection.

Satisfaction Returns
Our goal at Magnetar is complete customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact our team as many setup or performance issues can be resolved quickly.
Magnetar offers a satisfaction return within 14 days of delivery.
To request a satisfaction return, please contact concierge@magnetarusa.com to obtain a Return Shipping Authorization (RSA). Upon receipt, inspection, and acceptance of the returned product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
Only products returned in original packaging, with all materials included, and in factory-new condition, free of blemishes, excess fingerprints, dirt, or any other physical defects are eligible for a satisfaction return.
For policy clarity, opening the shipping carton, opening the product packaging, or removing protective films is defined as handling. This definition establishes when a unit is no longer factory-sealed and ensures consistent evaluation standards. Once packaging is opened, the unit must be inspected and reclassified, as it can no longer be resold as new.
Customers are instructed to inspect their order immediately upon receipt and may open and test the product to evaluate performance. While testing constitutes handling, handling alone does not automatically disqualify a satisfaction return. A return may remain eligible provided the product is returned in the same factory-new condition as received, with no visible signs of handling, use, or installation after inspection.
Eligibility is determined based on the condition of the product at return, not the mere act of opening the box.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation prior to warehouse processing (before tracking is issued) is subject to a $75 administration fee.
Cancellations after shipment—including “change of mind,” “buyer’s remorse,” or “accidental purchase”—are subject to a 20% restocking/redirect fee.
Signature is required on all shipments.
Any shipment unclaimed after 3 attempts will be returned; re-shipment is at customer expense.
Unless the unit is materially defective as determined by Magnetar Technical Support—or the return is due to our error—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Purchases from a retailer must be processed through that retailer under their policies.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Magnetar may change prices at any time. Price protection is not offered.
The price paid at purchase remains unchanged regardless of future price increases or decreases, including promotional events.
Non-defective returns during promotional periods are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
All sales are final on all products sold when purchased at a price greater than 10% off MSRP as they are considered Closeout.
Instructions for 14-Day Returns or Exchanges (Direct Purchases Only)
Every return or exchange requires an RMA.
An RSA (Return Shipping Authorization) may be obtained by emailing concierge@magnetarusa.com.
RSA issuance does not guarantee return approval.
Returned items must be received within 14 days of RMA issuance. RMAs expire on day 15; late returns are refused.
Use Original Magnetar Packaging
Failure to return all accessories, documentation, or packaging may result in refusal of the return.
Ship the Product Back to Us
Write the RSA clearly on the package.
If no return label was provided by Magnetar, the customer is responsible for shipping, prepayment, and insurance.
Magnetar reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet the return criteria.
Magnetar reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the eligibility requirements defined in this policy.
Refund or Exchange
Once inspected and verified, refunds may take 10–15 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days.
Original and return shipping are non-refundable.
